A Whole Life In One Day

This book changes the way time is measured. For all those who still have a lot of plans. Imagine your whole life passing over the course of 24 hours. All the important topics and events that normally unfold slowly, year by year, suddenly come alive from a new perspective. Using the method of looking at your entire life within the span of one day, you’ll be introduced to a fireworks of inspiring ideas. Every day, you can decide the direction you would like to develop towards anew. Have you ever asked yourself, for example, which goals you would set for the second half of your life if you had twice as much courage as you did in the first half?

Andreas Salcher writes about: the cognitive individual who knows how to use their mind; the searching individual who thinks beyond the limits of their own existence; the forgiving individual who is at peace with themselves and others; the curious individual who never stops learning; the vulnerable individual who is capable of love and empathy. A successful life should always be a celebration of vitality as well. Simple questions help accomplish this: How do I realize that I am losing my zest for life and how can I revive this feeling within me? What do I feel when I wake up in the morning? What would I like to feel when I wake up? Sometimes it’s enough to open your eyes: »The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.« Marcel Proust
